LIAPHON invites members to participate in chapter initiatives, projects and committees...

Program Committee: 

*Will be responsible for disseminating ideas for educational meetings, securing location and speakers for the meetings,  possible sponsorship,  and obtaining CEU credentialing if so indicated.

Membership Committee: 

*Will be responsible for recruiting members, securing collection of dues from members, and developing innovative ideas to retain  membership.

Bylaws Committee: 

*Shall oversee bylaws compliance, make recommendations for bylaw modifications/revisions and oversee member and chapter  eligibility issues. 

Nominating Committee: 

*Shall develop members in leadership roles and mentor members to assume board and officer positions at all levels of the organization.
*The committee shall select nominees and prepare the ballot. The ballot will be sent to the Board of Directors at least four weeks prior  to a  scheduled election.  * Shall select the recipient of the Beacon of Light Award.

Finance Committee: (Chair- Carly Coleman)

*Shall oversee the financial operations of the chapter and plan fundraising events.
*The treasurer will be the chairperson of the finance committee.

Community Service Committee:

*Shall oversee projects and fundraisers to benefit non-profit organizations in our local community.

*Shall oversee projects and fundraisers to benefit the local hospitals our members are affiliated with.
