Associate Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Professionals other than RN caring for children with cancer and blood disorders. National APHON membership not required.

Corporate Membership- Gold - $2,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments includes: annual membership, logo on website, link on website, logo on social media, mention in newsletter, & event posting on calendar

Corporate Membership- Platinum - $4,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments includes: annual membership, logo on website, link on website, logo on social media, mention in newsletter, event posting on calendar & facebook posting

Corporate Membership- Silver - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments includes: annual membership, logo on website, link on website, logo on social media, & mention in newsletter

Corporate Membership-Bronze - $500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Corporate Members shall be corporations, institutions, organizations, or individuals interested in financially supporting the local chapter.
Includes: annual membership, logo on website, & link on website

Professional RN Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Must be RN for Professional Membership. But be a dues-paying member of National APHON.

Student Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Student members shall be persons enrolled in schools of nursing, and are not yet registered nurses.
Students may register for a single meeting as a guest for $10
